STAR training: sportsmanship, teamwork, acceptance and respect

The STAR training sessions have started again! Together with our partner Fun4All, who has been perfecting the STAR training for over ten years and provides more than 800 workshops annually, we bring the best of sports and personal development to schools in Leiden.

Showcase Basketball & Fun4All: Inspiring together

This year, we're deploying more than three coaches at primary and secondary schools (grades 7, 8, and grades 1 through 4). Every week, we inspire hundreds of students with sportsmanship, teamwork, acceptance, and respect. For us, sports are the ultimate way to teach values and standards, and that aligns perfectly with our mission.

One of the best moments? After a STAR training session, we left a school where not only the children were incredibly enthusiastic, but the teacher too! His feedback: "Best guest teachers ever." Such reactions energize us and confirm that we're on the right track.
