Frequently asked questions about sports days and basketball events
How do you organize a sports day for your company?
Choose a date and location (or let us help you brainstorm — we can also come to you), determine the group size and the purpose: team building, a party, or both. We then take care of the complete program: equipment, supervision, music, and a grand finale show. One point of contact, no hassle.
Can you also organize a sports day at school?
Yes — from a sports day at primary school to an urban sports day for secondary education. We tailor the program to age and level, and align with themes such as teamwork and healthy exercise. Standalone clinics during an existing sports day are also possible.
Renting or having a sports day organized — what is the difference?
When you only rent equipment, you arrange the supervision and the program yourself. With us, you book the complete package: we bring everything, supervise the activities, and ensure the energy remains high. You only need to provide the participants.
What happens in bad weather or at 30 degrees?
We adapt flexibly: components are adjusted, moved indoors, or shortened with extra breaks and water stops. In extreme heat, we adjust the program to ensure it remains safe and fun — we coordinate this with you in advance.
What is the situation regarding VAT when organizing a sports event?
That depends on the type of client and event. You will always receive a clear quotation and invoice from us; please request this when making your inquiry, so we can put it in writing beforehand.
What is 3x3 basketball and can you organize a tournament?
3x3 is the Olympic street version of basketball: three against three on one basket, fast and spectacular. We organize complete 3x3 events and streetball tournaments — including schedule, music, presentation, and side entertainment.
Is a sports day suitable for people with a disability?
Yes. We adapt components so that everyone can participate, and think ahead about an inclusive program. Sport as a means for everyone — that is exactly what our social responsibility (CSR) is all about.
