The HREO department, consisting of 3 'blood groups' (O-team, HRM team and the UC flex pool), followed an interactive workshop in the context of connection on Thursday afternoon, based on playing basketball to exciting music.What intrinsic motivation do we have, what moves us and what did we not yet know about each other? We discovered that we share a lot with each other, but other definitions also apply to our core values. Nothing is right or wrong here, but it is valuable to know this from each other! By using the basketball as a tool and as a metaphor, the fun and insights were increased.

Galdino gave a Business Workshop to me and my team. Galdino took the time to help prepare the workshop so that we could zoom in on what we wanted to get out of the workshop and how we wanted to achieve it. This made the workshop a combination of fun exercises and deep dive/reflection moments. That combination laid the foundation for team members to understand each other on a deeper level and led to insights about valuable leadership qualities within the team, paving the way for further personal and team development.
